A Legacy of Compassion and Advocacy
In March 2005, Connie Reid helped establish Goochland/Powhatan CASA, laying the foundation for a program that has since changed countless lives. Her vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to children’s advocacy were instrumental in our growth and success. Connie’s influence continues to shape our mission and inspire our work every day.
A Cherished Member of Our CASA Family
Even after stepping back from formal duties, Connie remained a vital part of our organization as an honorary Board member. Her joyful spirit, wise counsel, and steadfast support were gifts we treasured. She was not only a leader but a friend, mentor, and guiding light to many.
A Joyful Presence in Worship and Community
Though not a formal member of Fauquier Baptist Church, Connie was a faithful worshipper and a generous supporter of the ministry. She ensured that Fauquier Baptist Church remain a loyal supporter of our CASA program for 20 years. Her loving spirit and joyful presence enriched the fellowship and touched the hearts of all who knew her. She lived her faith with grace and humility, always ready to serve and uplift others.
Remembering a Beautiful Spirit
Connie Reid’s passing is a profound loss, but her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the community she helped build. We remember her with love, gratitude, and admiration.
